What it does

Written by AI from the README

Adds an item list column showing the file extensions of each item's attachments, for example PDF (2), JPG or DOCX. The column label is translated into 17 languages. Display only; it changes no library data. Built for Zotero 10.

In a large library, a title doesn't tell you whether an item has a PDF, an image, a Word file or nothing attached. This shows it at a glance.
