What it does

Written by AI from the README

Adds keyword tags to selected items from PubMed MeSH terms or a local Ollama model. AI tags carry an 'ai: ' prefix so they can be removed in bulk. Needs Ollama running locally; a PubMed key is optional.

Tagging a library by hand is slow and inconsistent. This fills in tags without per-item cost, and keeps everything on your own machine.
