What it does

Written by AI from the README

Replaces the PDF selection popup with a compact menu that highlights or underlines in your last-used colour, with Zotero's eight colours on hover. Keeps translation results below it.

Zotero's native popup repeats a colour strip and tool toggle. This cuts it to one click per annotation, and stops Translate for Zotero popups from appending earlier selections.
