What it does

Written by AI from the README

Generates a bookmark outline for a PDF using local rules based on font size and numbered headings, then writes it into the PDF. You review and edit the detected headings and page numbers first. Runs entirely on your machine with no API key.

Papers and books without bookmarks are hard to navigate. This builds a table of contents and writes it into the original file, keeping the attachment and its annotations. The interface is in Chinese.
