Adds AND, OR and NOT logic to the Tag Selector, with an AND/OR toggle beside the filter box. Selected tags can be required, optional or excluded, for example (ECG OR EEG) AND FPGA AND NOT BCI.

Zotero's Tag Selector only combines selected tags with AND, so searching across alternatives or excluding a tag needs a saved search. This does it in the tag pane without writing anything to the database.
